About the Messenger
The story behind Drinkswithnoah and The Rebel's Messenger
Noah, known artistically as Drinkswithnoah, began writing poetry at the age of eight.
Writing started during a difficult childhood that included abuse and confusion that a child often cannot explain. Poetry became a quiet place where the truth could live when words spoken out loud felt impossible.
In those early years it often felt like the world had very little room to breathe.
But in that silence there was always a conversation happening inside the poems.
In the beginning the journey was simple.
It was only the Messenger and the Rebel.
The poems were questions, reflections, and quiet arguments with the world that slowly began to turn into music.
Years later those poems began to take on a new form.
Words became rhythm.
Rhythm became music.
The Rebel’s Messenger became the place where those poems could live again as songs.
More recently another voice entered the story:
the Witness.
The Witness stands beside the Rebel, observing, remembering, and reminding the Messenger of what is real.
Together these voices form the world of the music.
Each track becomes a chapter exploring mercy, doubt, truth, and the quiet rebellion of love.
These songs are not written to argue with the world.
They are written to walk through it.
